<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Here&#8217;s the best vegan butter that tastes so good. I use it for baking and as a breakfast spread. I love it with parathas. If you also crave butter every now and then, like me, then this is the perfect replacement. I know we don&#8217;t have the below ingredients already in our kitchen, but they are readily available in the market, and it&#8217;s pretty simple to make at home.&nbsp;</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Ingredients:</strong></p>



<ol class="wp-block-list">
<li>1 cup refined coconut oil</li>



<li>½ cup almond flour</li>



<li>½ cup + 2 tablespoons soy milk (unsweetened and unflavoured)</li>



<li>2 teaspoons nutritional yeast</li>



<li>1 teaspoon salt</li>



<li>1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar</li>



<li>A pinch of turmeric powder</li>



<li>¼ cup olive oil</li>
</ol>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Directions:</strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Blend almond flour, milk, salt, nutritional yeast, vinegar, and turmeric until smooth.&nbsp;</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Pour in the refined coconut and olive oil, then blend until smooth. Blend it in regular intervals. Please take a few minutes of break in between to prevent it from getting hot. If it gets too hot, it can split a bit.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Pour the liquid butter into a container, cover, and refrigerate until set.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Before using it, take it out of the fridge and let it get soft. It will be smoother and creamier.</p>
