Who doesn’t love a good vegan chocolate ice cream, especially if it is this easy? This is a simple chocolate ice cream recipe with no ice crystals guaranteed! You don’t need an ice cream maker, plus no need to add cornflour to it. Make this cold and creamy dessert at home and make your friends and family taste it! I bet they won’t be able to make out that it’s vegan.

Preparation time: 10 minutes for the actual procedure and 10 hours for the ice cream to freeze.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup water
- 150 g dark chocolate (I use Morde dark chocolate compound)
- 1 cup first pressed coconut milk
- 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Add coconut milk, cocoa powder, water, sugar, and salt to a saucepan and whisk to combine.
- Heat the saucepan on a burner and add dark chocolate to it on medium-high heat
- Keep whisking till the chocolate melts.
- Transfer this mixture to a freezing bowl, add vanilla extract and freeze this mixture for 10 hours.
