Vegan Outreach program is very unique and eye opening.

If I need protein, go and buy meat or chicken. Again need good supplement of calcium, drink nice full glass milk twice in a day. But thanks to your daily emails which realised, that I am killing goat, chiken for sake of protein, and separating a calf from its mother for my nutrition fullfilment.

It is actually very terrible !

Shreya here, one of the vegan outreach program member. It’s been really good so far, I totally stopped eating anything which relates to animal harm. Even my family is supporting me and they also start to eat plant-based food. Thanks to you people this is perfect and also it’s a really good initiative towards the animal and for their safety and rights. honestly speaking I never liked eating meat fishes anything nonveg since I was a kid. But at that age, I never knew that easily available dairy products are also got by hurting them. I realized this a few years ago when I went on an industrial visit to a dairy farm. Of course, they showed that they take good care of the cows and calves but still they kept them away from each other, maybe the calf would be getting less milk for themselves, and mainly it’s so painful to see that animals have to go through so much trouble, pain, endurance, and what not just to provide us something that gives our tastebuds delight. This is so sad and intolerable at the same time so I decided to join this program and I am happy about it. Now I just wish that the whole world could understand this and change their food habits ☺

Well I belongs to non vegetarian family but I really don’t love to eat non veg since childhood. Whenever I used to go to my grand parents house or somewhere at my relatives house they all scolded me for not eating non veg food so I don’t have that much attachment towards non veg food and I want to totally quit from this non veg diet and I know about vegan, vegan foods and all but I never try but after joining your online webinar I decided to try being vegan and guess what it’s not at all tough for me.

And lot’s of food alternatives which I was not aware of it now I know that also thanks to u for lots of healthier alternatives. Looking forward for many more alternative and healthier foods

The things which is difficult for me to quit is to stop using dairy products milk, curd, butter, ghee and all it’s little bit challenging for me.

आदरणीय.. मैंने तो तटस्थता से वीगनवर्ग के खाद्यान्न सेवन प्रारंभ कर दिये। मैंने वीगन घी, मेयोनीज, दूध, चिकन, मांस मंगवाकर खाकर देख लिया। बहुत अच्छे विकल्प हैं।

वैसे अब मैं नियमित रूप से सभी प्रकार की सब्जियां बहुत थोड़ी-थोड़ी मात्रा में लेकर आफ-बाइल कर काला नमक, काली मिर्च और ऊपर से दो चम्मच ऑलिव ऑयल डालकर सेवन कर रहा हूँ। जो कि मेरी डाइट में सरलता से यह जुड़ गया।

I am vikram and am extremely delighted ton hear from you. First of all I must congratulate you for the smooth running of the program. I can safely say I have adopted the vegan lifestyle in its entirety. So much so when I have to eat outside I always score out vegan restaurants or vegan options. The downside is that there are very little options available for fast food and snacking full during cravings. But I guess thats a small sacrifice to make.
I really loved the book recommendations and am planning to go through them this month. So all in all thank you so much for everything.

The 10 Weeks to Vegan email series has made it easier for me to shift from a vegetarian to a vegan lifestyle .Now that I know about how milk is made, I am trying to eat less dairy products. The tips and recipes shared on the watsapp community group are very helpful too.

I couldn’t imagine that animals suffer so much cruelity. I have started slowing down my dairy consumption, and currently I am not consuming them at all, hope I will very soon turn into a vegan.
