Dark Chocolate Ice Cream Recipe

Vegan chocolate ice-cream

Who doesn’t love a good vegan chocolate ice cream, especially if it is this easy? This is a simple chocolate ice cream recipe with no ice crystals guaranteed! You don’t need an ice cream maker, plus no need to add cornflour to it. Make this creamy ice cream at home and make your friends and family taste it! I bet they won’t be able to make out that it’s vegan.

Preparation time: 10 minutes for the actual procedure and 10 hours for the ice cream to freeze.

Servings: 5

Ingredients:

1) 1/2 cup water

2) 150 gm dark chocolate (I use Morde dark chocolate compound)

3) 1 cup first pressed coconut milk

4) 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

5) 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

6) 2/3 cup sugar

7) 1/4 teaspoon salt

Procedure:

1) Add coconut milk, cocoa powder, water, sugar, and salt to a saucepan and whisk to combine.

2) Put the saucepan on a burner and add dark chocolate to it. Please keep it on medium-high heat and keep whisking till it melts.

3) Transfer this mixture to a freezing bowl, add vanilla extract and freeze this mixture for 10 hours.
